Repairs & Exclusion

On the initial service call and inspection the customer will be given an Animal Entry Worksheet listing any entry points, repairs and clean up. Once the customer decides what work they would like to have done and the worksheet is signed our office will schedule the repair work for you. All of our repair work is guaranteed up to three years. We also install chimney caps, Roof Vent Guards (RVG’s), Heartland Dryer Vents, Leafproof Gutter Protection System (go to link), in order to prevent future animal entry. These products are guaranteed and also come with a warranty.

We regularly clean up animal droppings out of attics and crawlspaces as well as follow up with a disinfectant treatment. Some heavily soiled attic areas require complete removal and re-installation of insulation to be completely sanitized. In crawlspace areas we can do a complete clean up as well as installation of a new vapor barrier when necessary.

Three (3) year renewable warranty on full home exclusion work! (Warranty is renewable with $250 inspection fee) *Some manufactures have a lifetime warranty. ie, Leakproof chimney caps.
